Module definition file

Every module has a module definition file, currently called default.rdf to define which custom resources it provides, which core resources it uses, the public key(s) of the issuers, and which XSL transforms match which URIs, where its datastores are located on disk, etc. It is compiled to produce input/midput/output schemas for the services it provides.
